VersaLifts™ heel lift inserts (pair)

This is really mind blowing, and so glad i got a pair. great product and well designed. You get more depth especially with squats, and you can get alot more from the workout. This should already be in your cart!

I was a little bit worried that the heel lift that versalifts give you wasn't enough to workaround my poor ankle mobility but I'll just say that yesterday I did overhead squats and my CrossFit coach complimented me on my depth. The OH squat felt so smooth!! AMAZING! Thank you so much!

I just want to say that I bought a pair of these and I can not believe the difference they made. I used to have lower back pain from front squats and cleans. I didn't want to wear weightlifting shoes because they weren't good for box jumps, running or double unders. I worked so hard to correct the mobility in my ankles before and after workouts but it just feels like its bone on bone. I was extremely discouraged that I couldn't fix this problem and was getting really down about it because I love doing these workouts. It was just too painful. I bought these inserts and it changed immediately. I could tell as soon as I went to the bottom of a squat, it just felt so comfortable. I have never been more happy with a purchase. I love my versa lifts. I bought a pair at the CrossFit games and they have been so great. Take them, out leave them in. It only takes two minutes. The big benefit is feeling like you have the mobility afforded to you by lifters but in the middle of a WOD!! Mind blown 🤯
