that I’ve used. If you have mobility or structural issues that make front squat bar positioning problematic then this may be the tool for you. There are other more expensive options on the market but they’re either comfortable and alter the movement pattern and leverages or raise the bar higher and are less comfortable on your shoulders and throat.
If you’re considering this product you’ve probably looked at the different front squat variations and I’ve experimented with all of them. The verse lifts allow you to control the bar position in all planes and the grooves on the hooks allow your shoulders to feel nothing but the bar. I saw one reviewer complain about the versalifts sliding on the bar and that may be the case if you’re using a thin bar without knurling. On my Texas Bar with 28.5 mm diameter the versalifts are very tight and on the knurling and it is impossible for me to move them horizontally while in the rack position. Seriously as pleased with a piece of training equipment as I’ve ever been and it’s just a couple of pieces of plastic - but it does exactly what it’s supposed to and does it extremely well.
