    V-Hooks to the Rescue

    I have long struggled with wrist pain, to the point that I could no longer do front squats comfortably. Enter V-Hooks! I can now do front squats again without further aggravating my tendons. I am so grateful for this product…V-Hooks are a permanent addition to my gym bag!
